This women’s group coaching community is centered on holistic wellness to help you find balance and harmony in the body, mind and soul. It’s a safe space where you’ll receive practical guidance, insights, and resources as well as the personal and communal support necessary to do the real, impactful inner work of self-healing and growth in order to consciously bring to life the life of your dreams. My goal is to help you shift your consciousness and transform shame, stress, and stuckness to self-compassion, health and fulfillment.

  • This is not for those who are looking to explore their past for the first time and have yet to uncover their childhood wounds and trauma. If this is you, the best place to start is to work with a trained professional therapist.

    My group coaching sessions will cover a wide range of topics, because holistic wellness is truly multi-dimensional. In any given session we could cover digestive issues to relationship challenges to lacking spiritual discipline. If you are interested in only discussing one specific dimension of wellness then this might not be the best space for you as we take a holistic approach to health and healing.

    If you are looking for personalized, private attention to tailor your holistic healing plan specific to your wellness goals, please check out my 1-1 group coaching. Although in every group session I will work with each person one by one, I can only spend so much time on each person’s question to make space for as many questions as possible.

    If you are not interested in hearing from and connecting with different women from across different cultures, races, ethnicity and religions then this is not the place for you.

  • The live group coaching sessions will take place either on a weekday or Sunday at 9am est/ 12pm est / or 6pm est. Once you join, a poll will be taken to see what is most convenient day/time for everyone. The earlier you join the more likely I can take into consideration your ideal day/time.

  • They will take place once a month on Saturdays from 9 am 12 pm EST..

    The June workshop will be on a popular and needed topic that emerges from our first two monhs of work together.

  • All workshops and group sessions will be live-recorded and archived for you to rewatch or watch at your own convenience. The day and time of the group coaching session will be confirmed by March 31. If you find that you cannot attend the sessions live and feel you do not benefit from watching the recordings, I will offer a 100% refund up through April 5.

  • During the group there will be a brief check-in with everyone and then we’ll dive in with anyone who’d like to ask the first question. I’ll then focus my attention directly on that person and you’ll get an intimate glimpse into how I work with someone as if it’s 1-1. You’ll learn from their story, experiences and transformations that may apply to your life as well. Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. When someone shares or asks a question it will be all about them, and I will be the sole one providing the coaching and counsel. The group coaching sessions are not an open forum for others to comment on, reflect, or add their advice to another. At most you can add words of encouragement, solidarity or gratitude for sharing their story in the chat. With that said, please absolutely use the community forum to openly share and request dialogue, feedback and input from other members if you desire. This is the perfect place for those of you with big wise hearts who are eager to share your own brilliant insights and advice.

  • I will be available on the community forum EVERY single day, connecting, sharing and answering any follow-up questions from group sessions in between our sessions. No message will go unanswered beyond 24 hours, and hopefully very soon after you post. With that said, I request that the community forum be used rather than direct DMs to me which could easily become 1-1 support which is not what this group coaching platform is designed for (if you want that check out my 1-1 sessions). Although I’d love to connect with you personally, and you are more than welcome to send a simple, sweet message here and there (I’ll probably do this, too!), this is a group coaching experience, so my counselor and support is available to the GROUP, not 1-1. If you have a message to send, send it out on the forum, so we can ALL see it and gleam whatever insight comes from the discussion that unfolds. Likely if you have a question, someone else has the same one too! Likely if you have a struggle someone else does too. And if you have a win, think of all the more love and support that will be there to encourage and cheer you on than just lil ol me. I really want you all to get to know each other and be there for one another, just as much as you and I will get to know each other

  • No. I am not a trained licensed therapist, nor do I pretend to play one. I am a 600 hour certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor trained in providing alternative holistic wellness coaching for body-mind-soul wellbeing. Ideally participants have gone to therapy in the past, and I expect everyone to be highly self-aware and have a solid intellectual understanding of their childhood wounds and patterns. Although we will briefly recall past memories to understand and develop relationships with our different parts that are dominating our current emotional tiggers and patterns (IFS modality), we will mainly focus on our present day reality and how to step into our highest self to consciously create a better future.

  • I strongly believe that healing must come from within. This is why despite years of therapy, or having an aha moment on a retreat, or being inspired by the latest self-help book’s 6-step formula all fizzle out and don’t seem to bring any meaningful, lasting change. At the end of the therapy session, retreat, yoga class or book, you ultimately still need to actively participate everyday in your healing which is often hard to do alone. I appreciate holistic psychologist Dr. Nicole LePera's concept of self-healing which emphasizes a holistic approach where individuals take responsibility for their own well-being across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. It involves gaining awareness of one’s thoughts and behaviors, regulating emotions, adopting healthy lifestyle practices, and making informed choices that support overall health. LePera advocates for integrating various healing practices and emphasizes personal accountability in the healing journey.
