Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use within 6-8 months of opening.

Apply to whole body or head, feet and ears. Massage into skin using long, downward strokes for limbs and circular, clockwise motions on the joints and abdomen. After applying let oil absorb fully into skin for 15-45 minutes, then shower to wash off. Ideally done daily in the morning hours.

Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
