Ingredients
1 large bunch of fresh cilantro
1 freshly juiced lime
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup graded coconut or 2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1/2 thai chili (optional)
Instructions
In a blender, combine cilantro, lime juice, ginger, olive oil and salt and blend into a creamy sauce. Mix in shredded coconut and cumin seeds. Serve with many dishes including our Balancing Kitchari.
